Alarm recording centre - the centralized protection system is an advanced technical device and of service workers: operating staff, intervention workers, engineers and the like. Its main job is to receive signals from monitored objects and in a case of security violation: robbery, assault, sabotage and other alarm signals ensure that an intervention unit will be sent to secure the object and operate other missions according to valid legislation.
Securiton Servis, limited liability company currently operates with the alarm registration centre with the highest number of connected and monitored objects(cca 1 000) ) with the guarantee that the connection, monitoring, intervention, and service that are provided are of the highest quality.
SRP SECURITON Servis, limited liability company enables us to receive alerts via personal mobile radio as well as via mobile phone, or both, which increases the security of signal transmission. Besides security violations our SRP is also able to accept other signals, for example the state of reserve accumulators, outage of electric energy, sabotage and destruction of a transmission device. Furthermore our transmitting device makes so called test transmissions between the device and central alarm centre to detect violations - PSN (electronic security signalization - EZS) and transfers it back to SRP.
We have an ideal radio connection within the territory of Bratislava and its surroundings (seven retranslating stations) and trouble-free telephone connection.
We have the highest number of intervention units and intervention vehicles - 43. Vehicles are in the locality of Bratislava posted so that they can cover the whole area of Bratislava and its nearby surroundings. They are equipped with a GPS system , which monitors the position of each patrol vehicle with hairsplitting accuracy as well as maintains data archives. The GPS system also enables the operator the SRP to send the nearest patrol to the site of a security violation and navigate to the determined place in a very short time using digital mapping.
The crew of our intervention vehicles consists of two members. A great number of vehicles as well as motorcycles considerably shorten the time of arrival of each security unit to the site of the violation while also raising the quality and success of the intervention.
The administrative organization of the board of centralized protection is designed to minimalize false alarm departures.
All operations (that is: place, time, patrol number...) are archived on CD`s with the possibility of backward checkup of the patrol as well as the operator SRP.
