Therefore, it is not possible to simply close the building, turn on the security system and expect the associated discipline from the tenants. At the same time, it is necessary to carry out a certain maintenance and supervision service in relation to the building. For these reasons, the owners of administrative buildings still often use the service of a physical security guard. However, the most of the time the guards are not busy at all, especially at night, and therefore this solution is uneconomical. Remote control of practically any electrical equipment and technology, either at regular intervals or based on a specific event. For example turning on the security system, turning on the lighting, closing the garage, blocking the photocell on the sliding door, etc.
Supervision of fire detection system functionality and daily inspections
